This project consists of two (2) Contracts A‐37119 and A‐38100. The first phase is Contract A‐38100 and includes the
upgrade and reconstruction of the exterior installations of the Bus Depot Facility at Rockaway Parkway Station in
Brooklyn, New York. It includes the replacement of the 20,000 SF of asphalt paving, the construction of new steelface
curbs and concrete sidewalks, the improvement of the entrance ramps to meet ADA compliancy, ADA compliant
stainless steel handrails, the construction of a new Refuse Room, the installation of four turnstiles, AFC railings and
the construction of a new freestanding canopy. The Bus Depot is scheduled to be turned over to NYCT on December
2019. Contract A‐37119 consists of the upgrade of the interior installations of the Rockaway Parkway Station
providing ADA accessibility and includes the rehabilitation of the Control House, window replacement, the
replacement of the lighting fixtures and roof replacement. The project is scheduled to be completed in June 2020.
