We are excited to share a major step forward with the new school addition at George J. Ryan J.H.S. 216, in Queens, NY: the successful installation of all 118 precast exterior panels.
With the structure almost enclosed, interior trades can move forward without disruption from the elements, a critical transition that keeps the project on track and sets the stage for what’s ahead. This accomplishment reflects the incredible teamwork and coordination between TECHNICO, NYCSCA, and A.J. McNulty.
A huge thank you to everyone whose hard work made this milestone possible. Together, we’re building not just a structure, but a brighter future for the students of Queens. Here’s to the next phase of construction and to continuing our shared commitment to building with excellence.
