Campos Plaza II

The project of Campos Plaza II located in the Borough of Manhattan in New York, is funded by the Recovery and Resilience Program of the New York City Housing Authority. As part of the scope of work, two buildings receive flood barriers and wall reinforcement at the perimeter. The exterior walls are reinforced with carbon fibers and stucco finish is applied. The new electric rooms are elevated to FEMA flood level and full backup power generators are installed. The new MEP annex is constructed above the FEMA flood level on the roof of building 3 to house ATS and distribution panels. New roofing systems are installed on both buildings.
